Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Kinetic Cellars does not exchange personal information for monetary consideration; however, some data‑sharing activities (such as online advertising cookies or analytics) may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under California law.
How to Opt Out
- Webform. Complete the CCPA Opt‑Out Request Form.
- Email. Send a request to privacy@kineticcellars.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info.”
- Authorized agent. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written permission and proof of identity.
Verification
For security, we will verify your identity (and, if applicable, your agent’s authority) before processing the request. Verification may involve matching identifying information we already hold with the details you provide.
Effect of Opting Out
Once we receive and confirm your request, we will stop “selling” or “sharing” your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may still see non‑personalized ads.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Kinetic Cellars does not use or disclose “sensitive personal information” for purposes other than those permitted under CPRA §7027.
Other State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or additional U.S. states with similar laws, you may have comparable rights to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information. Use the methods above to exercise those rights.
